Make your Washroom work harder for you. But how I hear you ask?

Well, did you know that a bad Washroom experience leads most people to have a bad impression of your business?

As humans, we are much quicker to criticise than praise.  We will take time to complain about something to a company, friends, in fact, anyone who will listen but are a lot less likely to tell people about a good experience.  Bearing that in mind it is much better for someone to have a good experience while using your washrooms than tell the world about the bad smell and lack of toilet roll.

The top 5 negative things that people notice in a washroom:

• Toilet Paper – we’ve all been there, you go to get some toilet paper from the dispenser to find there is nothing there.  Panic!  You either have to embarrassingly ask a stranger if they can pass you some toilet paper or you have to go without… neither option is ideal.

• Soap – the tap is running, you wet your hands and great, the soap dispenser has run out of soap. All you want to do is wash your hands, so they are nice and clean but no luck on this occasion.

• Paper Hand Towels – you know what’s coming next, your hands are still dirty but wet so you go to get a paper hand towel to dry them and yep you’ve guessed it…none.  You have 2 choices, wave your hands and look ridiculous when someone walks through the door or wipe them down your jeans in the hope that you don’t end up looking like you’ve spilt your drink down yourself

• Hand Sanitiser – So far you’ve not been able to wash or dry your hands so in a last-ditch attempt you go over the Hand Sanitiser dispenser (every self-respecting business and public facility has this by now surely). Think again… just great, good job I have my own sanitiser in my bag or I would be spreading my germs around for everyone else to catch! 

• Air Freshener – And to top off my so far horrendous toilet experience this place stinks….yuck!
